(Impacts & Financials)

Since 2005, the South Fulton Arts’s mission and vision has successfully generated and fostered programs and organizations in the areas of film, theatre, dance, photography, music, and environment. As the organization has grown, our mission in recent years has been most active in leveraging strategic partnerships with a goal to increase access to high-quality, free programming for South Fulton and Metro Atlanta residents and communities. Influenced by these programs, we produce projects envisioned by artists, organizations, and the community.

Historically excluded and underfunded, the South Fulton County region has been denied the resources to thrive in the same manner as the North Fulton County region. Our community-centric model allows us to deepen our impact by equipping artists, environmentalists, organizations, and schools with the tools they need to better serve South Fulton.

90% of Fulton County’s BIPOC populations is located in the southern part of the county.

The poverty rate in South Fulton is up to 20% higher than the poverty rate in North Fulton.

South Fulton schools have a 13.2% lower graduation rate than North Fulton schools.
